To the King's Most Excellent Majesty in Council, the humble petition of Thomas Stephens, Agent for the People of Georgia in America : 26 March 1742.

Asks that the colonists of Georgia be allowed to use slaves, and to be released from the requirement to produce wine and silk, since they have difficulty in producing the basic necessities of life. Also asks for redress of unspecified complaints regarding the laws and government of the colony.
